That pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, authorization is hereby given for Committee to move into a Closed Session at 11:00 a.m.to discuss the following item: Educating & Training Members of Council (1 matter-Mayor training) Personal matters about an identifiable individual (1 matter-MUSE Board appointment) Disposition of Land (1 matter-development agreement) and further; That Council will verbally report in a general sense on all items considered in the closed session once we return from the closed session and move back to open session.
