That Council hereby approves its concurrence concerning the borrowings, in accordance with Clause 5.1 of the 2023 Synergy North Corporation Shareholder Agreement, for Synergy North Corporation to enter into its proposed financing agreement for an aggregate amount of $22,000,000.
