That Council advances the Sixth Street/Sixth Avenue South Project from the 2026 Capital Budget into the 2025 Capital Budget; and further That Council authorizes funding of the 2026 Arterial Roads Resurfacing with $1,276,500 from the 2026 Net Tax Levy; and further That in accordance with Public Notices bylaw 160-2022 notice is hereby given that Council intends to amend the 2025 Capital budget to reflect the Sixth Street/Sixth Avenue South project and commits funding of the 2026 arterial roads resurfacing in the 2026 capital budget at the February 28, 2025 meeting; and further That three readings be given to a bylaw for this purpose.
