That Council authorizes a Fire Protection Agreement between the Corporation of the City of Kenora and Beauty Bay Kenora Ltd. for fire protection services in the Beauty Bay area at the rate of $15,814.08 per year with an annual recurring three percent (3%) increase on a forward basis; and further That the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) current established rate per vehicle be applied; and further That three readings be given to a by-law for this purpose.

That Council hereby approves an amendment to the Tariff of Fees and Charges By-Law, Schedule “B”, Community Servies, to add non-prime rates to the ice rental rates; and further That in accordance with public notices bylaw 160-2022, public notice is hereby given that Council intends to adopt an amended Tariff of Fees and Charges bylaw to add non-prime rates to the ice rental rates at its June 18 th Council meeting; and further That three readings be given to a bylaw for this purpose; and further That bylaw number 10-2024 be hereby repealed
