That Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Agreement between the Corporation of the City of Kenora, 5901058 Manitoba Ltd., Northwood Estates Inc. and North Star Village Inc., in support of road and infrastructure construction and the acquisition of property that extends from 9 th Street North to Main Street North; and further; That Council hereby gives three readings to a by-law for this purpose.

That Council hereby approves an amendment to the Tariff of Fees for Planning Act Applications bylaw to incorporate the new fees approved by Council during the 2024 budget adoption; and further That Council hereby approves an amended Construction, Demolition and Change of Use Permits and Inspections bylaw to incorporate the new fees approved by Council during the 2024 budget adoption; and further That in accordance with Public Notices Bylaw 160-2022, public notice is hereby given of Council’s intention to adopt the new tariff of fees and charges for the Planning and Building department as outlined in the two bylaws; and further That bylaw number 155-2021 and 156-2021 be hereby repealed; and further That three readings be given to two bylaws for this purpose.
