That Council hereby approves an amendment to the 2026 Utility Capital Budget in the amount of $600,000.00 for a water and sewer reconstruction project to be funded by debt financing; and further That in accordance with Notice By-law Number 160-2022, public notice is hereby given that Council intends to amend its 2026 Utility Capital Budget at its March 30, 2026 meeting; and further That Council gives three readings to a by-law to amend the 2026 budget for this purpose.
